Blip.tv is an application that allows you to upload videos on the internet, without needing to occupy space from your computer capacity, as it is uploaded to the network. In this case, because it’s uploaded in the network, the video may be seen by everyone and they can also post comments.
The only problem of this application is that the language of the side web is in English, and it can’t be changed.
